OUR MISSION
The word paloma in Spanish means dove. The dove is often recognized as a symbol of peace, as well as a symbol of the Holy Spirit. It is the mission of The Paloma School to live out an expression of peace in our relationships with those around us.
We recognize that right relationships with others must begin with a right relationship with God, through acceptance of His Son, Jesus, and by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. In all our work and studies at Paloma, we recognize that the “fear of God is the beginning of knowledge” and we seek to know God and His world and to live rightly in it by His power.
The Paloma School admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It doesn't discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
The Paloma School is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
